1. Acceptance
By registering or using E-Skill Dropshipping (“the platform”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Dropshipping responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate customer details, product selection, fair selling price, and timely customer communication. The platform sources inventory, handles courier booking, and remits profit to your wallet on delivery.
3. COD (Cash on Delivery) policy
Most orders are COD. The COD amount = your selling price. On successful delivery, your wallet is credited with the full COD; applicable tax (if enabled) and the original base cost / shipping (which were debited at order time) determine your net profit. Failed/cancelled orders refund the base + shipping to your wallet. Returned orders do NOT refund shipping.
4. Returns & refunds
- Cancelled before shipment: base cost and shipping refunded to wallet.
- Returned after shipment: parcel moves to your inventory; shipping is non-refundable.
- Cashback on a returned order is voided.
5. Seller responsibilities
- Provide truthful information during KYC.
- Do not place fake or fraudulent orders.
- Maintain a healthy return ratio; excessive returns may trigger tier downgrade or shipping-discount removal.
- Respect intellectual property and Pakistani law.
6. Delivery limitations
Delivery times depend on the selected courier and destination city. We are not liable for courier delays, area lockdowns, force majeure, or customer unavailability.
7. Wallet usage
Your wallet is used to fund base cost + shipping at order placement, to receive COD settlements, refunds, profit credits, and cashback. Wallet balance has no cash equivalent until withdrawn.
8. Withdrawal policy
Withdrawals are subject to minimum/maximum limits and admin review. Processing time depends on the payout channel (bank/JazzCash/EasyPaisa). Rejected withdrawals are auto-refunded to your wallet.
9. Platform misuse
Any abuse of the platform — including chargeback fraud, fake orders, scraping, repeated policy violations, or misuse of customer data — will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities.
10. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and to withhold pending balances during fraud investigations.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
