1. Who we are

E-Skill Dropshipping (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is a Pakistan-based dropshipping fulfillment SaaS operated by E-Skill Developers, Karachi, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, password hash.
Seller verification documents: CNIC images, business details, address.
Order data: customer name, phone, delivery address, city, parcel details.
Payment & wallet data: top-ups, withdrawals, bank/JazzCash/EasyPaisa account info you provide for payouts.
Courier & shipping data: tracking IDs, shipment status, delivery events.
Technical data: device, browser, IP address, cookies/session tokens.

3. How we use your information

To verify your identity and approve seller accounts.
To process orders, courier bookings, and payouts.
To provide tracking, dashboards, analytics, and notifications.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and comply with Pakistani law.

4. CNIC & document protection

CNIC and verification documents are stored in a private, access-restricted bucket. They are only accessible to authorised admin staff for KYC review and are never shared publicly or sold to third parties.

5. Payment information

Wallet top-up proofs and bank/mobile-wallet payout details are stored securely and used only for processing your withdrawals and reconciling balances. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Courier & shipping information

Customer details you submit (name, phone, address, city) are shared with the courier you select (Leopards, PostEx, TCS, MP, Trax, etc.) strictly for the purpose of delivering the parcel and providing tracking updates.

7. Cookies & sessions

We use cookies and local-storage tokens to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure basic usage. You can clear them anytime from your browser settings.

8. Data protection

We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security on the database, and role-based access control. Despite our safeguards, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion may be restricted where the data is required to satisfy COD reconciliation, courier records, or Pakistani tax/AML obligations.

10. Pakistan ecommerce compliance

We operate in accordance with applicable Pakistani consumer-protection, data-protection, and ecommerce regulations, including FBR/SBP guidance applicable to digital platforms.
